As part of our support for international exams officers, we are holding two-day training events (and half-day invigilator training events) in the following locations:
- Dubai 12 & 13 November (Invigilator training (half day): 14 November)

- Bangkok 1 & 2 December (Invigilator training (half day): 3 December)
We will host a training event at the locations above if at least 25 bookings are received at a location.
Invigilator training
If suitable accommodation can be acquired, we will be holding half-day certificated invigilator training sessions in Dubai and Bangkok.
Exams officers who have booked onto the training, and their invigilators, can attend the invigilator training at no additional cost. Exams officers are also encouraged to attend this session to acquire certification to allow them to invigilate, and to view how to present this training to their invigilators upon returning to their centre.
Three, one-hour online certificated invigilator training sessions will also be held in early November or December to train those invigilators who cannot attend the training in Dubai and Bangkok.

2024 training
Over 40 exams officers and senior leaders joined us in Dubai on 12 & 13 November 2024 for our annual International exams officer/senior leader training event.
The two-day training event focused upon exam changes for the 2024/2025 academic year and good practice, hints and tips to help you manage and administer examinations in your centre, with particular attention paid to key tasks which need to be undertaken from November to February.
We would like to thank the senior leadership team and exams officer at The Aquila School (Alexis Cheneau-Chateau) for their support in hosting the 2024 event.
All delegates attending this exams officer/senior leader training also received a free membership to The Exams Office until July 2025 for their centre (including full access to the website and Online Portal), and a copy of the Instructions for conducting examinations booklet.
